By 2026 we will boast a population of almost four million people - the size of Sydney today. The South East has so much to offer. The strong population growth is greatly attributed to the wonderful climate, style of living and the strong economic growth. Employment is a major factor in the economic growth. It alone attracts many people to set up residency in the South East.
The increasing population naturally creates the demand for housing both for the home owner and the tenant. This growth will continue to fuel the demand for both new and established housing. The positive impact this will have on property prices will continue to contribute to an upward pressure on residential property prices over the longer term.
